About the Group of Companies

The history of our holding dates back to 1997. At that time several men of law, who were mostly theorists in the sphere of academic studies together with professionals working in some institutions of justice founded the International Public Organization “Research Centre of Eastern European Countries Legislation”.
On the 25th of November 1998 a group of Russian leading experts founded the “Tax Solutions Juridical Company” joint stock company. This company was in its turn clothed by the state with authority of an agency for foreign investment attraction.
The Tax Solutions Company set up branch establishments in Belarus (Minsk, 2002), Russia (Moscow, 2004 Novosibirsk 2006, Nizhniy Novgorod, 2007) under a general brand “Legal and Accounting Advisory Services”.  
In 2006 the holding acquires “Quintes” personnel agency in Moscow. Furthermore, in 2007 there emerges the “Ready Business Solutions Store” limited liability company out of “Legal and Accounting Advisory Services” joint stock company.
Now the expertise of the group of companies lie in the sphere of legal, accounting, taxation, financial, personnel, investment, managerial and administrative consulting as well as advisory services in purchase and sale of the existing businesses.
Today our business subsidiaries operate successfully both in Moscow and the most rapidly developing regions of the Russian Federation – Nizhniy Novgorod and Novosibirsk, as well as in the Republic of Belarus and Slovakia (the EU).
